I am a repeat customer. 30 + years. First at the Hobart Store and now the Highland Store. I must applaud Mr.Powell, Service Manager, at the Highland Store. He is always considerate and polite. Makes one feel not just important but wanted. I know that sounds really corny but Mr. Powell goes above and beyond (as I see it) for every person walking into that store for help or just plain old advice on car issues. If Mr. Powell does not know the answer, he talks with his staff, if no nswers are available he gets on the computer and phone to find that answer. I have seen Mr. Powell do that many times.

Friday December 23 2022, my 84 year old father was in the hospital with a femur he broke the night before. Coming home we discovered a flat tire at about 5:15PM. Called Levin tire. Scott said if I could get it there before 6 (they close at 7) he will see what he can do. Got it there before 6. Scott looked at it, found out it couldn’t be patched (nail in the sidewall of the tire).So his guys aired up our spare, put it on our car, and when I asked how much it cost…. he said, “no charge”!!!!! AN HOUR before they closed down for the Christmas Holiday!!!! Levin Tire is AMAZING!!!!

I just want to thank Dave for being patient and helping me with getting my vehicle back on the road. He was always available to answer any concerns I had and went way above with the customer service he provided.
